In Central America, roaming acidity is found in these beans, and normally, known for their equilibrium, which makes them useful for individuals simply beginning on their experience with espresso. Not to sharp, not very acidic, genuinely smooth flavors, similar to chocolate. Costa Rica is known for full-bodied espresso, while a bit further west, in Mexico, you'll find more lighter bodied beans. Moving to South America, we get beans that have a more extensive flavor profile. Espresso consumers in Colombia are presumably most knowledgeable of the beans of Colombia, which is one of the top espresso creating nations on the planet. From here, you can expect an even more balanced taste; moderate acridity and sweetness, and a medium to full body, similar to the sort of espresso you are you have grown to love.
After placing your order we will roast and then grind your coffee at our facility on the same day if your order is placed before 11:00 am (CST). All order placed after 11:00 am (CST) will be roasted and mailed on the business day.
